Blumz Favorite Mom Contest

Nomination Requirements:

Official Rules

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States of America who are 13 years or older at the time of entering.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• The Contest begins at 8:00am, 4/15/08 and ends at 11:59pm, 5/8/08
• There will be one official “Blumz Favorite Mom” recipient, one First Runner up and one Second Runner up. Five Honorable Mention recipients will be chosen from the remaining nominations.

How to Enter

• During the contest period, visit www.blumz.com and follow the instructions on the Registration page to enter. You must complete the entry form by providing the required information in accordance with the instructions. You will receive one (1) entry upon submission and receipt by the Contest committee of the completed registration. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.
• You may also enter the contest by stopping by either of the two locations of Blumz… by JRDesigns and picking up a Nomination form, completing the form and submitting it with all required information by the contest ending date and time.
• Each entrant must have a valid email address and phone number.

Winner Selection, Prize Claims and Verifications

• All entries, including submitted written essays, poems, photos, etc… become the property of Blumz… by JRDesigns and will not be returned.
• Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of delivery/receipt. Blumz… by JRDesigns has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.
• The authorized email account holder of the email address used to submit the entry will be deemed to be the official entrant of the nomination and will be required to comply with these official rules. Proof of ownership of email account may be required.
• The sponsor, Blumz… by JRDesigns reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines in its sole discretion to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with the sponsor’s image or that is otherwise not in compliance with the terms of these official rules.
• Prize winners will be selected from all eligible nominations. Nominations will be closed on May 8 th, 2008. A Judging committee will review all nominations and make the final determination. Decisions are final and binding.
• Winners will be notified by phone and email on or before, May 10, 2008. Any winner who cannot be reached within two calendar days of the first notification or any prizes returned as undeliverable, such winner will be disqualified and prizes forfeited at which time an alternate winner may be selected.
